30-day money-back guarantee

Commtac Consult Ltd offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on RiskReady 31000. If you are not satisfied with your purchase — a Consultant Pro, Company or Enterprise subscription, or a one-off assessment report — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at pete@commtac.co and we will help arrange it. Include your order or invoice reference if you have it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and typically takes 5–10 business days after Paddle processes the refund.

Subscriptions and renewals

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops future renewals. If a renewal charge was unexpected or unwanted, contact us or Paddle within 30 days of that charge and we will review it under this guarantee.
